Refund and Return Policy

Our products are handcrafted with great care and attention to detail, which means that small imperfections are part of the creative process and add to the unique charm of each piece. Therefore, we accept returns only in exceptional cases when the product has defects that affect its use or fall below the expected quality standards.

Returns

– To request a return, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product at sissi@lampshadesbysissi.com.

– The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

– The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

– Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

– Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return

– Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

– Products that show signs of use or are not in the original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Cancellations

– Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to avoid any cancellation fees.
